We designed a modular hotel village on the shore of the Mediterranean Sea for a foreign investor. Thirty container units are located directly on the beach, in a non-developable zone, and house the hotel reception, beach bar and 36 apartment rooms.

 

The project is designed for a domestic clientele in order to experience the place, an important aspect is the placement of the modules to maintain privacy and preserve the sea view. The interiors of the hotel have a clean Mediterranean look and are equipped with products from Czech designers.  In the design we used elements of passive cooling and shading.
