A large-scale project to convert the historic Mikov knife factory in Mikulášovice in the Šluknov region into a social and health care facility with facilities for the needs of the local community. The project is divided into several construction phases, which include the reconstruction of existing buildings on the site and the construction of several new buildings. We are currently completing a Feasibility Study and look forward to organising a neighbourhood workshop.
